Welcome to the Dwarka Kadva Patel Samaj Room Booking service. By making a reservation or using our booking platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
All room bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the management. Guests must provide accurate personal details such as name, contact number, address, and valid identification at the time of booking and during check-in. The management reserves the right to refuse accommodation if proper identification is not provided.
Check-in and check-out timings must be followed as per the rules of the Bhavan. Early check-in or late check-out may depend on room availability and management approval. Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and respect the property, facilities, and other visitors staying at the premises.
Room charges and other applicable fees must be paid as per the booking terms. Any damage to property, furniture, or facilities caused by guests during their stay will be their responsibility, and necessary charges may apply.
The management of Dwarka Kadva Patel Samaj reserves the right to modify room rates, facilities, or policies at any time without prior notice. In case of unavoidable circumstances, the management may cancel or modify a booking and will inform the guest accordingly.
Guests are expected to follow all rules and maintain a peaceful and respectful environment within the premises. Any activity that violates the rules or disturbs other guests may result in cancellation of stay without refund.
